Pink Mini Aztec Skirt

I keep going back and forwards on whether i like the Aztec print skirts or not?? I have seen the Pink Mini Aztec Skirt in Miss Selfridge for only £19 and i don't know if i should buy it or not. I do like the look of it but i don't know if it will suit me?

Also what would i wear it with? I'm guessing i would have to wear a plain top otherwise another print would clash. I would probably go for maybe a black top? What the heck I'm going to go for it and buy one I'm going to be daring, lets hope they have my size because for £19 its a bargain.

Butterfly Shoulder Bag at Accessorize

I love this Butterfly Shoulder Bag at Accessorize it is beautiful, I'm quite picky about bags but this is gorgeous. My friend has one similar from Accessorize and it is really nice. It looks a good size, perfect for fitting all my stuff in, including the kitchen sink!! At £35 it is a reasonable price too, i love butterflies so the pattern is perfect for me.

Butterfly Shoulder Bag
Bonbon Butterfly Emb Purse
The handle on the bag looks quite durable too, which is quite handy for those who are always on the go. You can also get a matching purse, which by the looks of it isn't your usual practical purse but could be handy for all your loose change.

Accessorize have got a brilliant sale on at the moment so i would definitely recommend that you get down there before all the great deals go!

lime sleeveless skater dress - day dresses - dresses - women - River Island

This lime sleeveless skater dress - day dresses - dresses - women - River Island is amazing, it is so bright and summery, i want it!! It would be perfect for work to help brighten up my days in the office.

The dress is a lime yellow colour with a black strip at the hem of the bottom, you can also get this style in black with a white strip for those who aren't as daring!

The dress would go perfectly with a black blazer and a nice pair of court shoes (perhaps a pair of peep toes).

However there is a slight downside to this dress, it is hand wash only.

Knitted Cream Bird Jumper

This Knitted Cream Bird Jumper from Miss Selfridge is gorgeous! It has nice colours and the fluro pink patter is really good, the bird gives the jumper a spring feel to it.

The jumper is new in at Miss Selfridge and currently costs £39.00 it doesn't look too thick so would be perfect for Spring when it is not too chilly (although looking at the weather at the moment i think we may need thicker jumpers!!).

Miss Selfridge always have a nice selection of jumpers in stock, but i think this one has to be my favourite, probably because of the bird, it just looks so sweet. The jumper is machine washable and is made from 100% acrylic.

cream smocked purse - purses - bags / purses - women - River Island

I'm on the look out for a new purse so i started browsing and came across this cream smocked purse - purses - bags / purses - women - River Island it is for sale at River Island and is only £17, a couple of my friends have got purses from River Island and they are really nice and well made.

I really like the colour of this purse, and would be a nice change to the navy blue coloured purse i have. I may have to go in store to have a better look at this one as i can be quite picky. The inside of this one looks quite good, it has 5 card slots and then another slot for your driving licence. There is a zip up compartment for coins and then 2 parts either side of this for either notes or receipts etc. There is a clip on the top but the pictures/description don't show if this has any use to the purse or if it is just for decoration which is quite annoying.

Heart Print Shirred Waist Dress

I love this Heart Print Shirred Waist Dress its so pretty, i love the colour too. It would look really nice with a simple belt and some nice ballet pumps. The heart print is really nice on this. The shape on this is great for flattering, which is great for me as i am top heavy so i find these types of dresses are perfect.

I cant wait for spring so i can start wearing some nice dresses.

New movies 2012

I went to the Cinema at the weekend to see Sherlock Holmes 2, it was quite good and very comical although not as good as the first in my opinion. Whilst i was at the cinema i saw some film previews, one which stood out for me was Snow White and the Huntsman which looks like it could be a good movie, it stars Kristen Stewart as Snow White, Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman sent to kill Snow White and Sam Clafin as the Prince. By the looks of it the film starts off like the Disney classic but then it sounds as if it is much different, Snow White learns how to fight and begins a rebellion against the evil Queen  (and there aren't the normal seven dwarf there is eight with completely different names to the animated film).

I'm quite excited about the Snow White film because Chris Hemsworth is quite lush!! Another film with a hottie in due for release in cinemas this year is Men in Black 3, Will Smith is making a return!!! Nicole Scherzinger is also set to star in the film as Agent J's girlfriend. The film is set to release on 25 May in the UK.

Now for the younger audience, Ice Age 4: Continental drift is set for release in July, and if the last 3 films are anything to go by it should be a great film to watch, the film features the original characters, Manny, Diego and every ones favourite sloth Sid. The story seems to be the characters setting sail on an iceberg and they encounter pirates and sea creatures, so probably wont be smooth running for them but most likely a laugh for the audience.

Along with Ice Age there is a third instalment to Madagascar!!! Europe's Most Wanted will be the first Madagascar film in 3D and is set for release in the UK on 19 October. Like Ice Age it includes the original characters (including Mort the Lemur) This time when trying to make it back to New York they end up in Monte Carlo joining up with a travelling circus.

Last but not least on my list is the final instalment of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn Part 2! Sure to be very successful in Cinemas around the globe. It is due for release on 16 November. I wonder what people will do when there are no more Twilight films for them to look forward to. No more Harry Potter or Twilight!

So 2012 is looking quite good so far for films! Oh and before i forget Beauty and the Beast is being re-released at cinemas in 3D on 13 January for a limited time only!!!!!

I got the release dates for the above from the Film Dates website.

Pixar Short Films

After watching Wall-E and the short film after (Burn-E) it got me thinking about all the other short films i had seen when watching Pixar Animations, one of the first short films that i saw first was 'For the Birds' which was shown before the Monsters Inc film. This made me laugh, dare i say more than the actual feature film??

These short films are genius and make the viewer wanting more, i think many people will get excited when going to see a Pixar film, just hoping that there is a short film to watch.

Mikes New Car
If i remember correctly you get 2 short films when watching Monsters Inc, For the Birds and Mikes New Car, so there was double the fun.

I have just discovered that you can actually buy a DVD/ Bluray of the Short films!!!! I must buy this or i could put it on my Birthday wish list?? It looks as though it is available from most places such as Amazon, Play.com and the Disney Store etc, prices are around the £5 - £9 depending on where you purchase it from.

Pixar you are absolutely amazing, you not only make amazing feature films you make bite size ones too.

Wall-E

How cute is Wall-E, this is such a lovely film, i think everyone must fall in love with the little robot.

This has to be one of my favourite Disney Pixar films. The way they gave Wall-E human characteristics is brilliant, i love the part at the beginning where it is following him around and he has just woken up, and it is almost like he is a teenager and is still half asleep whilst trying to put his shoes (tracks) on.

I also like the fact that both he and Eve don't say much but you understand them completely. The way Wall-e completely falls head over heels for Eve is so sweet despite the fact she did try and blow his head off the first time they met (i guess she was playing hard to get) Yet he was smitten, following her around like a little love sick puppy, whilst unfortunate things happened to him such as falling over been crushed etc but he doesn't give up.

In the end all he wanted to do was hold her hand, so adorable. If you haven't seen this film i would recommend it, its great for all ages!

There is also a brilliant short film which is usually shown after Wall-E which is called Burn-E, its about a Robot (which you see in Wall-E, he is the one who gets stuck outside the spaceship) all he is trying to do is fix a light on the outside of the ship, but it takes a lot longer than it should, it had me in fits of giggles from start to finish. My favourite part is when he celebrates at the end, very funny :)
